I am a year 5 student in room 1 at Kawakawa Primary School in Northland, New Zealand. My teacher is Whaea Lizzie. This is where I share my learning. Please leave a POSITIVE, THOUGHTFUL, HELPFUL comment.
Kia ora Ratu! How are you doing? Olive and the grey skies here!
Thank you for your post on celebrating diversity! I really enjoy learning a bit more about the two Indigenous groups you chose. Did you know Aboriginal people express their cultural stories and heritage through their art. They have very traditional dot-style painting. It's absolutely beautiful. If you get the chance you should have a go at painting that way.
Ka pai on all your effort, remember the end of the Summer Learning Journey is this Friday 24th January! Keep up the blogging, commenting and enthusiasm!
